Congratulations to Danielle Salomon, the 2011 winner of the BRASS Gale Cengage Learning Student Travel Award. Soloman, a GSLIS student at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) was selected for this award due to her keen interest in business librarianship, as reflected in her internship at the University of Southern California Crocker Business Library, brand management background, student leadership opportunities, and other notable business-related projects. She stood out for her remarkable dedication, creativity, and passion for business and the greater community. Her rich business-oriented background, enthusiasm, and leadership ability uniquely qualify her for our profession and active participation in BRASS.
